If you request to see or talk to a GP your details will be passed to them and they will aim to call back or reply via email at a time that suits you. Your concerns may be addressed by telephone, email or a face to face appointment with the most appropriate Health Care Professional will be arranged.
Please note that all outgoing numbers from the Health Centre are WITHHELD by the NHS Lanarkshire system so please be sure to answer.
Monday is our busiest day of the week and it may take longer to return your call. We will endeavour to deal with your request on the day it is received.
Demand for our services is highest from 8-9am each morning. There in no queue on-line. You can go to the front page of the website, click on the askmyGP icon to request advice from Reception or your own GP directly. Again, we will aim to respond that same day. Requests can be submitted outwith opening hours and will be actioned as soon as possible when the Practice opens again.
