Patient Responsibilities

We expect patients to adhere to the following rules for social media:

  • No abusive or defamatory comments about staff
  • No sharing identifiable information about others
  • No contacting the practice via social media for clinical issues
  • No photography or recording in waiting areas without consent

We will not respond to any patient who uses social media platforms for clinical queries. Please use askmyGP for this.

If a patient is found posting any derogatory, defamatory, or offensive comments on social media directed to the Practice and/or any members of our staff, this may result in you being removed from the Practice List.

If you have any concerns about the Practice, please submit a complaint.
