Test Results
Please submit an askmyGP request for your test results.
If the tests were requested by a hospital or clinic clinician, please contact them directly for the results and any follow up. It is their responsibility to carry out their treatment plan.

Getting a fit (sick) note
Request a sick note if you've been sick for more than 7 days.
Travel

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges.
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. You will be advised of charges for requests before they are carried out.
